Acceptance and Delivery

 

The list of stations shows the Latest Time of Acceptance (LTA) and Ready for Pickup (RFP) per station.

  • LTA indicates until when a priority shipment can be accepted. Prerequisite is that the shipment is ready for carriage.
  • RFP is the period after which a shipment is ready for delivery to the customer

Both periods are based on the scheduled times, LAT on scheduled time of departure and RFP on scheduled time of arrival.

Example:

AMS VIE - scheduled departure 10:30 - LAT 08:30
VIE AMS - scheduled arrival       09:25 - RFP 12:25

 

The Remarks indicate deviations from the standard. 

  • Export remark - priority shipments are accepted, however there are NO   agreed acceptance times available.
  • Import remark - delivery of priority shipments are processed expeditiously, however there are NO agreed pick-up times available.
