|
In the event a priority shipment is not ready for pick-up 180 minutes after the agreed pick-up time (RFP) at the airport of destination and the attempt to take delivery is made within this timeframe, the Performance Guarantee comes into force.
The stations’ RFP is based on the scheduled time of arrival and consequently the Performance Guarantee covers any operational delay considered within the reasonable control of Austrian cargo – even a mechanical failure of an aircraft. The RFP for the stations are published on the Austrian cargo Internet for easy reference - see details.
For further details, please either contact any Austrian cargo office worldwide or refer to the Conditions of Carriage.
