For registered users, priority is bookable 24 hours a day in the Internet through Austrian cargo's Internet portal.

Late acceptance - Transfer - Pick up
|

|
At point of origin, goods will be accepted as late as 120 minutes before the scheduled departure.
Transfers at the hub Vienna can be made in as little as 40 minutes for connecting services.
Defined pick-up times no later than 180 minutes after the scheduled arrival of the flight (exceptions may apply).

Performance guarantee

Performance guarantee by way of refund of freight rates where a priority shipment was not ready within 180 minutes after the promised pick-up time.
