With priority, we have developed a range of value-added features that enhance our ability to provide solutions for our customers when time is of essence.

For registered users, priority is bookable 24 hours a day in the Internet through Austrian cargo's Internet portal.

At point of origin, goods will be accepted as late as 120 minutes before the scheduled departure.

Transfers at the hub Vienna can be made in as little as 40 minutes for connecting services. 

Defined pick-up times no later than 180 minutes after the scheduled arrival of the flight (exceptions may apply).

Performance guarantee by way of refund of freight rates where a priority shipment was not ready within 180 minutes after the promised pick-up time.

Status of the priority shipment can be easily tracked at Austrian cargo's Internet platform.
