Adhering to the quality standards set by the Cargo 2000 Management System is another core principle of the Freight Watchers’ values which needs to be proven day by day for every single cargo movement. 

As an active participant in the Cargo 2000 initiative, our quality goals are in line with the master operating plan as defined by the group.

Based on this obligation our performance is clearly visible and transparent to our customers.

The current goal set by Cargo 2000 is to achieve compliance with two important Key Performance Indicators: the ratio of shipments Flown-As-Planned (Departure-Milestone) and the ration of shipments Delivered-As-Promised (Notify-Milestone).
